You can quickly and easily fry tender chicken liver with onions in a frying pan. This dish can always complement your lunch or dinner. Absolutely any side dish is suitable – boiled potatoes, rice, buckwheat or pasta. Buying chicken liver is not a problem and it is inexpensive. The main thing is that the product is fresh and not frozen. The fresh chilled ingredient has a pleasant light coffee, pink tint. Cooking delicious chicken liver with onions in a frying pan will not take much effort and time. So feel free to take note of this recipe.
Rinse the chicken liver several times, cut off the veins and ducts, then cut large pieces to obtain a medium size. In this form, it will remain juicy, very tender, and will not be overcooked.
Peel the onions, rinse and cut into half rings. If the vegetable is large, you can cut it into quarters.
To fry chicken liver in a frying pan with onions, first heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the onion and start frying it over medium heat. Sauté the onion for 2-3 minutes until soft and half cooked.
Now place the prepared pieces of chicken liver into the frying pan and start frying everything together.
Fry the product with onions for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. The heat is medium, so that the liver is well fried, but not boiled or burnt. At the end, add salt and pepper if desired. Thanks to the onion, an excellent sauce is formed that soaks up the pieces of offal and the liver remains juicy and very tender. In addition, it remains soft and does not need to be fried for a long time.
