Here is a simple and quick recipe for sweet pancakes with milk, any housewife can do it. For this you will need milk, some water, eggs and flour. Adjust the amount of sugar to taste, but you can always add sweetness to the finished products with honey or fruit jam. Our sweet pancakes made with milk will be thin and tender, they turn over easily and do not tear. This dessert will appeal to both adults and children. If you have a little extra time in the morning, fry thin pancakes with milk for breakfast for your family and friends. And the next day, just heat them in a frying pan. And serve, for example, with butter or wrapped with cottage cheese.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until smooth. Add sugar and a pinch of salt there to balance the taste of the dough. Stir the eggs and sugar until all the crystals dissolve.
Pour all the wheat flour into the egg mixture and start stirring with a whisk, breaking up any lumps.
Gradually start pouring milk, the dough will not be thick. At the same time, stir everything with a whisk.
At the end, pour in plain water and a little vegetable oil; the pancakes will be more elastic with it. The pancake dough is ready, let it rest for 10-15 minutes so that the gluten in the flour is released, then put the frying pan on the fire and heat it properly.
Lightly grease the pan with vegetable oil, pour a little dough and tilt it in different directions so that the dough is evenly distributed and you get a round pancake.
Fry sweet, tasty pancakes in milk on both sides for 10-12 seconds over medium or slightly more than medium heat. They should be nicely browned. Fry all products in this way.
