This delicious and easy-to-make Italian dish is perfect for a light dinner. Tuna gives spaghetti a special taste, while tomatoes make the dish juicy and savory. It is advisable to use durum wheat spaghetti for the recipe. They are much tastier and healthier than other pasta.
Pour 2-3 liters of water into a deep bowl. Bring it to a boil, add coarse salt. Dip spaghetti in boiling water and boil them almost until cooked, boiling them for a minute less than indicated on the manufacturer's packaging.
Let's wash the tomato. Cut it in half, cut out the stem. Cut the tomato into slices. For the recipe, you can use cherry tomatoes, it is enough to cut them in half.
Let's open a can of canned food. Salad tuna is already chopped, so you just need to transfer it to the pan. If the tuna in the jar is whole, mash it with a fork without removing it from the jar. Transfer it to a deep non-stick frying pan. Add fresh tomato slices to the fish. Warm the ingredients together for one to two minutes so that they are saturated with each other's aromas.
Drain the spaghetti in a colander to drain the water and add the pasta to the pan.
Gently mix all the ingredients of the dish so that they are connected to each other. We will not add any spices, they will only spoil the taste of the finished dish. Tuna is already quite fragrant and has a rich taste.
Warm the spaghetti with tuna over low heat for another minute and transfer the dish to a serving plate. Make a small hole in the center. Carefully separate the egg yolk from the protein and pour it into the center of the dish, trying to keep it whole. Decorate the spaghetti with fresh basil leaves, add a little freshly ground black pepper for spice and you're done!
Enjoy your meal!
