This delicious smoked chicken salad with pineapple and cheese is perfect for all occasions. It is well suited for a festive menu, it will become a hearty lunch or dinner, it will help out if friends unexpectedly come to visit. All the ingredients in the recipe are well combined and emphasize the taste of each other. Pineapple gives the salad an original sweet touch and makes it juicy. And nuts, meat and cheese are a universal combination that everyone loves without exception. Therefore, you and your guests will surely like this dish.
If desired, smoked chicken can be replaced with boiled or fried fillet, ham or boiled pork. But in this recipe, smoked meat goes well with pineapple, giving the salad an original savory note. Cut the chicken into cubes, pour it into a salad bowl.
