Since during long-term storage, tomatoes release juice, and the salad loses its taste. Sausage can be replaced with ham or boiled chicken fillet. It turns out just as tasty and appetizing. Additionally, grated cheese or rye crackers can be added to the salad.
For the recipe, you can use smoked sausage or servelat. The main thing is that it be of high quality and not contain too much fat. We clean the sausage from the casing. Cut it into slices of medium thickness. Then cut each circle into strips.
Transfer the chopped sausage to a salad bowl.
Wash ripe tomatoes. Cut the vegetables in half, cut out the place where the stem was attached. Cut the vegetables into pieces. They should be slightly larger than beans. Tomatoes can be blanched if desired. To do this, they need to make a shallow cruciform incision on them and lower them for a minute in boiling water. After that, the vegetables must be removed from boiling water with a slotted spoon and lowered into ice water to cool for a few minutes. After these simple manipulations, the peel can be easily peeled.
Add chopped vegetables to a salad bowl with chopped sausage.
Let's open a jar of red beans. Drain the liquid from it, throwing the legumes on a sieve. If necessary, you can rinse them from the brine under cool water. Pour the strained beans to the rest of the ingredients.
Dress the salad with mayonnaise. For flavor, add finely chopped dill. Grind the garlic through a press, add it to the salad.
Toss the salad to combine with the dressing. Leave the finished dish for half an hour in the refrigerator so that it cools and infuses. Then transfer the salad to serving bowls. It can be plates, bowls or small bowls. Garnish the salad with a slice of tomato and a sprig of dill.
