If you love Korean carrots, be sure to try the simple and wonderful Valeria salad! Excellent taste properties and minimal time spent on its preparation. It’s perfect for times when you don’t have time to cook. Salad, for which you need to boil only one ingredient. This is a real find for workaholics, inexperienced cooks and excellent hostesses!
The most remarkable property of Valeria salad mentioned earlier is the speed of its preparation. All salad ingredients are ready to eat, except for eggs, which must be hard-boiled. It will take literally 7-10 minutes, and during this time you can chop and add all the other ingredients (carrots, cheese, crab sticks) to the salad. We remind you that in order to boil hard-boiled eggs correctly and without cracking the shell, you need to place raw eggs in a small saucepan with cold water. Put on a small fire and cook, avoiding too intense boiling and bubbling in the pan. Put Korean carrots in a large common salad bowl. If you come across Korean carrots, which are cut into long strips or sticks. It is better to pre-cut it into smaller pieces so that the salad is convenient to eat later. Next, grate hard cheese. Grate the cheese should be coarse or even cut it into cubes with a sharp knife. Finely grated cheese will get lost in the salad and the cheese flavor will be lost. Hard cheese is desirable to take a not very salty variety.
Chop the crab sticks into the salad into rings or cubes.
Cut the eggs into small cubes.
Salad dressing "Valeria" as, in fact, the whole salad, is prepared very simply and quickly: put mayonnaise into the salad, squeeze garlic cloves to it through a press, season with salt and black pepper to taste. Chop fresh parsley and add to salad bowl.
Gently mix the entire salad so as not to damage the ingredients with a delicate structure (egg pieces, crab sticks) and taste the salad for salt. Mayonnaise and cheese may contain different amounts of salt, so you may need to add another pinch or two of salt. Salad ready!
Enjoy your meal!
