So, today we will prepare a delicious, tender snack. This is a cod liver salad with aromatic pickles and hard cheese in tartlets. This serving looks very tasty. This appetizer option will decorate the holiday table and is perfect for a buffet table. To make the dish tastier, you need to let it brew for several hours. Then the dough in the tartlets will be completely saturated and become soft. First, hard-boil two eggs so that the yolk inside becomes hard. If desired, quail eggs can be used for cooking (you will need more of them for the recipe, 6 pieces). It is necessary to cook quail eggs much less, 3-4 minutes after boiling is enough. We condemn the eggs and thoroughly clean them. Cut them into small cubes. Pour the chopped ingredients into a deep salad bowl.
