The prototype of the famous pizza was the food of the ancient Romans, neatly laid out on a piece of bread. In the 15th century, the first Italian pizza appeared in Naples. It became widespread throughout the world and has maintained high popularity to this day. Today we will tell you how to make sausage, cheese, tomato pizza at home!
Prepare pizza dough sausage, cheese, tomato in the oven. Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water. Cover the resulting mixture with a towel and leave on the work table for 15 minutes. During this time, the yeast will activate and increase slightly in volume.
Pour salt into a container with yeast and add sifted flour in small portions. Knead soft elastic dough. Cover it with cling film and leave it warm for 40 minutes. During this time, it will become even softer and increase in volume. Prepare the baking dish and filling. Line the form with parchment paper. It will help you get the finished pizza out of the mold. Sprinkle the work surface with a small amount of flour. Place the risen dough on it. Roll it out into a thin round layer and transfer it to the mold. Press the dough with your palm so that small edges are formed along the entire edge.
Using a silicone brush, brush the pizza base with tomato paste. We do not touch the sides. If the paste is too thick, dilute it with a small amount of boiled water.
