Do you want to please your family and serve them a delicious and satisfying dish for lunch or dinner? Bake thin pancakes with chicken and mushrooms in milk. Your family will appreciate these tender, mouth-watering products and you will want to cook them again and again. Let’s prepare a recipe for filled pancakes – mushrooms, chicken, together!
Preparing dough for pancakes stuffed with chicken and mushrooms. Beat the egg into a deep container. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and seasoning. Using a whisk, beat the products together.
Pour in warm milk. Mix.
Add sifted flour. Bring the dough until smooth. Then mix in a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Leave the prepared mixture on the work surface for 20 minutes.
Preparing the filling for pancakes “chicken with mushrooms”. Cut the champignons into thin strips.
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
Pour the remaining vegetable oil into the frying pan. Lay out the chicken pieces. Fry them for 6 minutes. At the end of cooking, add salt, pepper and seasoning. Transfer the finished meat to a separate container.
Place the mushroom pieces in the same pan. Fry them with spices and seasoning.
We send the finished champignons to the chicken. Mix. Let the chicken and mushrooms cool. Then add finely chopped green onions and sour cream. Mix everything again. The filling is ready.
We bake pancakes. Grease the bottom of a well-heated frying pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil. We use a silicone brush for this purpose. Pour in half a ladle of dough. Distribute it over the entire surface.
Fry the pancakes on both sides over low heat until lightly browned. Place the finished products on a flat dish and cover with a pan lid.
Stuffing pancakes. Closer to the edge of the product we place two or three full teaspoons of filling. Fold the pancake into an envelope shape. We fill the rest of the products in the same way.
Our recipe for pancakes with chicken and mushrooms is ready! Serve them with cheese sauce, sour cream or natural yogurt. We use thin green onion feathers as decoration.
