Treat your family to delicious homemade cakes with healthy fruit filling. Prepare thin pancakes with apples and cinnamon for them – this is a classic combination loved by many. These delicate products can be served as a separate breakfast dish. Or use it as a delicious dessert for a sweet table. Let’s make this apple cinnamon pancakes recipe together!
To prepare the dough for pancakes with apples and cinnamon, we use sifted premium flour. We take the milk and egg out of the refrigerator in advance. They should be at room temperature. For the filling we take strong apples of sweet and sour varieties. If desired, replace some of the apples with pears or quince. As an addition, you can use poppy seeds or raisins. Mix the dough. Beat the egg into a deep container. Add sugar and salt. Beat the products together until fluffy foam.
Pour in 100 ml of milk. Mix.
Add flour. Bring the contents of the container until smooth.
Pour in the remaining milk and vegetable oil. Mix everything well. Leave the pancake mixture on the table for 20 minutes.
Prepare the filling for pancakes from apples with cinnamon - cut the apples into small cubes. Sprinkle them with the remaining sugar and cinnamon.
Transfer the apples to a frying pan with butter. Simmer them for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a flat plate and cool.
We bake pancakes. Grease the bottom of a heated non-stick frying pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Pour in half a ladle of dough. Turn the pan with smooth movements so that the dough is evenly distributed over the surface.
Fry the pancake on both sides until golden brown. We turn the product over carefully so as not to damage its integrity. We bake all the pancakes in the same way, transfer them to a flat dish and cover.
