Juicy, soft and tasty minced chicken cutlets in the oven – difficult and time-consuming? No! Today we’ll tell you how to turn minced chicken into the whole family’s favorite dish. Cooking will take a minimum of time, so these juicy minced chicken cutlets in the oven will save unexpected guests from an empty table.
Since in this recipe for minced chicken cutlets in the oven we use semolina instead of bread, it needs to be prepared in advance. Pour semolina into a bowl and break the egg.
Mix the cereal with the egg. Let the semolina swell for 10-15 minutes.
Then transfer the minced meat into a bowl. Add chopped garlic and onion. The onion can be finely chopped with a knife or passed through a meat grinder. Mix the minced meat and beat it lightly.
With hands dipped in water, form cutlets. Place them in a baking dish, the bottom of which is greased with vegetable oil. Please note that breading is not necessary for these cutlets.
Bake delicious minced chicken cutlets in a preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees. It is optimal to use the “top-bottom” mode so that the cutlets are baked evenly.
Remove the hot cutlets from the oven and serve. Any side dish, chicken sauce or vegetable salad will suit them.
