Let's start the lachanorizo recipe by peeling all the vegetables - we need carrots and onions. Cut the onion into small cubes, and the carrot into medium slices.
Pour a little oil into the pan, sauté the onions and carrots for 3-4 minutes until soft.
Chop the cabbage into thin strips - so it will cook faster.
Pour the cabbage into the pan. Add some more oil if needed and stir. Fry the cabbage with vegetables for a couple more minutes so that it decreases slightly in volume.
