Instant noodle salad is an ideal dish for those who do not like to spend a long time in the kitchen. But he wants to add variety to the daily menu. It is prepared in a matter of minutes, and saturates for a long time. “Curly” pasta that does not need to be cooked came to us from Far Eastern cuisine. Try to prepare a delicious and simple instant noodle salad and sausage according to our recipe. It will turn out very tasty! And if you want to experience new tastes, change the composition of the dish to suit your taste. Include fresh or pickled cucumbers, replace corn with canned peas, and add green onions. And instead of boiled sausage, use crab sticks. Let’s prepare a salad recipe together!
Cook the eggs in advance in salted water for nine minutes from the moment of boiling. Then we put them in cold water until they cool and clean them. With this method of cooking, the shell comes off easily, and the yolks retain their bright color and do not darken. Without removing the noodles from the package, knead them with your fingers until they become short and pour them into a container. Bring the water to a boil. Pour boiling water over the noodles. Cover it and leave it on the table. After 2 minutes, drain off the excess water. Mix the finished noodles and cool.
Cut the sausage and eggs into small cubes.
Pour the cooled noodles into a deep container. Add chopped sausage and eggs. Mix.
Add corn and finely chopped parsley. Mix everything again.
Our instant noodle salad with mayonnaise - add it to the salad, as well as salt, black pepper and garlic pressed through a press. Mix everything well again.
