Tomatoes into small pieces. I used cocktail tomatoes - they are juicy and sweet. Tomatoes can also be used normally in large sizes by simply slicing them.
We cook frittata with vegetables in a frying pan - grease it with olive oil, put tomatoes, add red onion cut into half rings. This bow has a beautiful shade. Also, red onion is sweetish and not very spicy. Saute vegetables for 2-3 minutes until soft.
