For Easter, I suggest you bake a delicious Easter cake without yeast. The recipe for Easter cake without yeast is quite simple and affordable. It will be useful for every housewife who does not want to spend a lot of time preparing Easter baked goods. Such products are no worse than those prepared according to classic recipes. The dough is kneaded using kefir with the addition of butter and eggs. This will make the cake without yeast tender, soft and slightly moist. By adding baking powder, the baked goods will become fluffy and airy. It even looks like yeast. But the plus is that preparing such a dough takes two to three times less time. Take note of the proven recipe!
Melt the butter and add the turmeric and stir. With this spice, the cake will become a beautiful sunny color. In warm butter, turmeric will reveal its pleasant aroma.
Also add sugar and vanilla sugar to the warm butter for flavor. Stir the mixture until the crystals dissolve. The dough should be sweet, the cake will be tastier.
Remove the kefir from the refrigerator in advance and let it come to room temperature. Or just warm it up slightly. Pour kefir into the dough and stir.
Dry well-washed raisins on paper towels, add dried fruits to the dough. Stir until the raisins are evenly distributed. Grate the lemon zest there on a fine grater. The citrus aroma will add originality to the cakes.
In a separate container, mix the sifted flour with baking powder. If you use soda for the dough, then quench it in kefir.

Stir so that there are no lumps. The dough will not be very thick - this way it will rise better during baking in the oven.
Divide the mixture into the molds, filling them one-third to half full. There should be room to climb.
Bake a quick cake without yeast in the oven at 170-180°C for about 35 minutes. It will brown and become tall. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely.
For such baking, you can prepare any glaze. For us it is 1 egg white and 80 g of powdered sugar. Beat this icing for 3-4 minutes until stiff peaks form. You can also prepare another glaze or simply sprinkle the cakes with powdered sugar.
Remove the cooled products from the molds and brush them with beautiful snow-white glaze.
Decorate the cakes with any confectionery powder and you're done.
