Delicious pink salmon cutlets are a nutritious dish for the holidays and for every day. Properly cooked cutlets from dietary red fish are distinguished by their appetizing appearance. Rapid frying of delicious pink salmon cutlets in a pan contributes to the formation of a dense crust on the outside. And the maximum retention of fish juices inside. And the subsequent baking process guarantees the complete readiness of the dish.
Advice! Fish cutlets, like any cutlets, can be fried without breading. But to get a denser and more beautiful crust, it is recommended to use fresh bread crumbs, ground crackers, semolina, corn or wheat flour. The ideal breading option for the proposed recipe is very small crackers in the amount of three tablespoons.
First of all, fill the pieces of loaf with hot water.
Onion and garlic cut into small cubes.
In a frying pan with a little vegetable oil, fry the onion until light golden brown.
Add garlic at the end of cooking. Simmer it with onions for no more than one minute. Turn off the stove.
We pass minced meat, onion, garlic and a loaf through a meat grinder. Add chopped parsley, lemon juice and seasonings. We mix everything well. We send the cutlet mass to the refrigerator for 30 minutes to ripen.
After half an hour, we start molding the products. Wet hands with cold water, take a full tablespoon of minced meat, roll up a smooth ball, give it a slightly flat shape. Roll the formed cutlet in breadcrumbs and put it in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil. Before sculpting each product, we wet our hands with cold water. Fry the cutlets on both sides over medium heat until a beautiful golden color.
We transfer almost finished products to a baking sheet with parchment paper. We send the cutlets for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 200˚C.
