Whoever has children knows exactly how difficult it is to persuade them to eat cottage cheese. The most successful idea here is to make dessert from cottage cheese. Cottage cheese cookies Asterisks in the form of stars will appeal to all children without exception, and even adults will not mind eating a few pieces.
In a suitable bowl, where the dough will be kneaded, we pass rustic cottage cheese through a fine sieve of a meat grinder.
On top of the cottage cheese through a grater we rub creamy margarine.
Pour white and vanilla sugar into a bowl.
Sift wheat flour and baking powder.
Knead an elastic dough that does not stick to the palms. We form a ball from the dough, wrap it in food polyethylene and send it to the freezer for 30 minutes to cool.
After half an hour, we take the dough out of the freezer, knead it a little and roll it into a layer about 3 millimeters high. Cut out star-shaped cookies using cookie cutters.
We shift the blanks to a large baking sheet, previously covered with parchment.
Bake the cookies "Asterisks" to a soft golden color in the oven for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
In the meantime, chop the dark chocolate into pieces, combine it with cow's milk and put it in a water bath. Stirring constantly, wait until the chocolate has completely melted, then pour it into a pastry bag. Pour the finished cookies with still warm chocolate right on the baking sheet.
Next, sprinkle the cookies with sesame seeds.
We give the finished cottage cheese cookies time to cool completely, after which we transfer it to a dish, make tea and invite everyone to the table.
Enjoy your meal!
