Chopped pork cutlets are tender, juicy and extremely appetizing. Prepare this dish for lunch for the whole family. Children and adults will be delighted. It is worth noting that preparing such a dish is as simple as possible, because you don’t even need a meat grinder. You don’t have to sculpt anything by hand. Finely chop the meat with a knife and mix it with onion, starch, mayonnaise and egg. This minced meat is used to fry a chopped pork cutlets in a frying pan. It holds its shape perfectly and does not fall apart. The texture of the products differs from the classic ones, but this is their advantage. You can always diversify the dish with spices and other additives. Use ground paprika, curry powder, or dried garlic if desired. Let’s make minced pork cutlets together!
Rinse the pork and dry it with paper towels. Peel and rinse the onions. Cut the meat and onion into as small cubes as possible. It will be convenient to slightly freeze the pork - this way you can easily chop it with a sharp knife.
Place the chopped meat and onions into a suitable convenient container. Add a chicken egg, mayonnaise and any starch there.
Add salt and black pepper to the minced meat, mix everything thoroughly so that the structure is homogeneous. If desired, add other spices you like.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, spoon out the chopped cutlets and start frying.
Fry them on both sides for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Then cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat to low and simmer the cutlets for another 10-12 minutes until cooked.
