Brazilian pizza with smoked chicken and bacon is a bright dish based on a classic Italian flatbread. An interesting combination of ingredients gives an original taste and high nutritional value. Brazilians are used to this composition of ingredients – this is a familiar dish for them. But olives are almost never eaten in this country. Therefore, they are added very little, as a decoration. Cooking dough. We combine warm water with sugar, salt and yeast. Mix everything well with a hand whisk.
Pour flour into the resulting liquid. Knead soft elastic dough. We place it in a container lightly greased with vegetable oil and cover with cling film. We transfer the bowl with the dough to heat for 30-40 minutes.
Preparing the toppings for the smoked chicken pizza recipe. In a dry non-stick frying pan, fry thin strips of bacon until light golden brown.
We knead the dough that has come up well and roll it into a thin round layer with a diameter of 25-26 cm. We shift the resulting cake onto an inverted baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lubricate the pizza base with tomato sauce.
Lay the prepared products on top in the following sequence: fried bacon strips, chopped oregano, chicken breast pieces, corn grains, peas.
Add a layer of grated cheese and finely chopped dill.
Preheat the oven to 200˚C. We send the future pizza into it for 20-25 minutes. If desired, sprinkle the finished dish with rings of pickled olives. Our pizza in the oven with smoked chicken is ready!
