In a small thick-walled saucepan, combine condensed milk and orange juice. Add the chocolate chips and orange zest to the mixture.
Add soft butter and cocoa powder.
We send the saucepan to the stove. Mix together all the ingredients. Cook the cream with constant stirring for 20-25 minutes. As soon as the chocolate mass acquires the consistency of thick sour cream, transfer it to a small container and cover with cling film in contact. We send the cooled cream for 5-6 hours in the refrigerator.
Ready-made Brazilian chocolate cream is served as an independent dessert or used as an appetizing spread on bread or cookies.
Enjoy your meal!
