Until golden brown, baked carp with vegetables is a hearty dish with a fragrant filling inside. It is topped with a delicious potato side dish. Thanks to deep incisions, the fish is saturated with the juices of all products and acquires a pleasant festive look. A harmonious mixture of vegetables absorbs excess fish fat. And it gives its tender meat a pleasant taste and aroma. We tell you the recipe for baked carp with vegetables for a family dinner!
To cook carp baked in the oven with vegetables, you need to prepare the vegetables. We marinate potatoes. We cut the tubers into large slices. Add salt, pepper and 20 ml of vegetable oil. Toss potatoes with marinade and set aside.
Cut the peeled onion into half rings. We set aside half of the straw for the filling, we will use the other part as a substrate.
We cut off several rings from the bell pepper for decoration. The rest is freed from the core and seeds, cut into short strips, added to the container with the filling.
Chop the dill greens. Add it to vegetables. Mix everything, season with salt and pepper.
Lemon cut into thin slices. Salt the fish inside and out, pepper, sprinkle with seasoning. On the back of each carcass we make several cuts, insert lemon slices into them.
Lubricate the baking dish with the remaining vegetable oil. Add onion half rings.
We place the carp carcass in the form. Stuff them with vegetables. Place potato slices and the remaining filling around the carcasses.
In a chaotic manner, we lay out the rings of bell pepper.
We send the form to the oven preheated to 190˚C. Baking time - 50-60 minutes.
